What is a Traineeship?

Traineeships are available for people of all ages and provide practical work experience along with on- or off the- job training.

A traineeship is a structured training arrangement which usually lasts between 9-48 months, depending on the vocation and certificate level undertaken. It is an agreement between the trainee and their respective employer, where the employer agrees to provide training in a specific industry, and the trainee agrees to work and learn.
