Who We Are
The Apprenticeship Community is a collaboration between a group of organisations who are all driven with a vision to help connect people through work-based training in apprenticeships and traineeships across Western Australia.
BUSY At Work, CoAct and Far North Community Services work together to provide on the ground support services to Western Australian apprentices and trainees helping create a stronger workforce in Western Australia.
BUSY At Work is a recognised leader in Australian apprenticeship and traineeship services. Their scope of expertise extends to supply, administration, mentoring and advisory, regulation and training.
CoAct is a national network of locally-embedded community service providers working together to create social and economic opportunities for Australia’s disadvantaged. CoAct was a leading provider of access to apprenticeship services until funding was ceased in June 2014.
Far North Community Services is a key apprentice and trainee support provider in northern Western Australia. Commencing in 2016, they work closely with families in the region to deliver practical, flexible support in the Kimberley region.
The Apprenticeship Community has a strong focus on community and we use “the power of many” to ensure opportunities are created and support is available to assist employers and apprentices in their partnership to success.
